The artist turned the notebook into a purse with rope handles, a gold button and decorative beads charms. Inside there is the colorful world of a young woman who declares to be always happy because she doesn’t expect anything from other people. Nevertheless the joy of life that shines from the pages full of colors is sometimes interrupted by the report of the Ivorian civil war and soldiers’ photographs. In the last pages there are some photos of the notebooks exhibited around a tree near a river. Maybe this pictures are referred to the trip at Adjahui made during the workshop aiming to get the students closer to a rural way of life which they are not used to.
