‘The Rue Du Commerce’ Moleskine connects with a pictorial cycle in progress whose source is the ‘Pagne’ cloths in the actual Rue Du Commerce in Plateau, Abidjan. Just as I bodily strolled through those small boutiques, browsing, looking through windows, getting close up for details which caught my eye, so I went for a walk with the lines and the cut-outs in each page of the book.
So it can be imagined as a kind of paper/store/walk.
