Moleskine Foundation Onlus (“Moleskine Foundation” or “we”, “us”, “our”) will process your personal data acting as data controller with the meaning of art. 4, n°7 of the Regulation 679/2016/EU (the “GDPR”).

We commit to protecting and respecting your privacy and to providing you with all required information in relation to the processing of personal information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, in compliance with the relevant applicable data protection laws, both European and Italian.

First of all, to make this disclosure clearer, definitions of the keywords contained in the Privacy Policy are provided below.

YOUR INFORMATION SUBJECT TO COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

Every time you visit our website, the following data will be gathered automatically:

Navigation information is not collected with the primary aim of identifying users, however due to its very nature it may allow for the identification of users by means of processing and correlation with data held by third parties.

The Moleskine Foundation website does not record any type of information that allows for your personal identification for purposes of online advertising.

In case you decide to submit your application to attend an event or an initiative (e.g. workshops) managed by us or for a partnership between Moleskine Foundation and your institution we will require you to provide us with some personal data, i.e. identification data such as first name, last name, age, profession and contact details (e.g. address, e-mail, phone/cell number).

We also can collect your personal data such as contact details, identification data or information related to your experience with Moleskine Foundation when you submit us your feedback about events and initiatives (e.g. workshops) managed by Moleskine Foundation you attended.

SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

Moleskine Foundation will directly collect your navigation data and technical information as described in our cookie policy.

When you decide to submit an application to attend an event or an initiative (e.g. workshops) managed by us or for a partnership with Moleskine Foundation your data will be collected by a Moleskine Foundation partner which, depending on the specific agreements entered into with Moleskine Foundation, may process your data acting as autonomous data controller, as joint controller pursuant to art. 26 of GDPR or as data processor pursuant to art. 26 of GDPR. PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND REFUSAL OF PROCESSING BY THE DATA SUBJECT

You are always free to decide whether to provide your personal data. However, any refusal to provide the information necessary for navigation purposes may make activities closely connected and instrumental to navigation impossible.

DATA PROCESSING AND RETENTION

The processing will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools meant to guarantee the utmost security and privacy, by parties made responsible for this in compliance with the provisions of the relevant applicable laws, both European and Italian.

SOCIAL PLUG-INS AND RELATIONS WITH SOCIAL NETWORKS

Our web pages allow for interaction with social networks by means of sharing buttons and also may contain social network plug-ins (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
